Information about ordering gold jewellery:

• The gold jewellery is manufactured only after the order has been made.
• The indicated price of the gold jewellery may change slightly (usually within 10%), depending on the ring size and the details of the manufacturing process. The exact price can be determined only after the jewellery has been made.
• The total production time is up to 10 working days.
• When you make the order, you will have to pay in advance to cover the manufacturing costs. If you choose OMNIVA delivery, after the jewellery is manufactured we will send an invoice for the gold costs to your e-mail. If you choose to pick up your order in the SUDRABA NAMS store, payment for the gold is made when you receive the order.
• We also accept gold from the client to manufacture the jewellery. In this case, there is no need to pay in advance.
• The approximate price of the jewellery is calculated as follows: the approximate weight of the jewellery multiplied by the current gold price per 1 gram, plus the manufacturing costs.
• The weight of the jewellery is determined in the following way: the real weight of the jewellery +10%, which covers the irreversible loss of gold formed during the manufacturing process – melting, grinding and polishing.
• The manufacturing costs refer to classical (red) gold jewellery. If the jewellery is manufactured from yellow or white gold, the manufacturing costs will be two times higher. If you order yellow or white gold jewellery, please specify the desired gold colour in the COMMENT SECTION. The additional costs will be added to the invoice.
