1. DELIVERY OF GOODS
1.1 Delivery begins only after the Goods have been paid for. The Goods are delivered to the Omniva or Latvijas Pasts parcel locker specified by the customer or, at the customer’s choice, handed over to the customer at the SUDRABA NAMS store.
1.2 Collection at the SUDRABA NAMS store is free of charge. If delivery of Goods is carried out using Omniva services, the Goods are dispatched to the parcel locker chosen by the customer within 3–10 business days from the date the order is received, unless a different delivery time is indicated for the chosen Goods at checkout. The delivery cost is 3 EUR. The current delivery costs are visible during checkout. The customer covers the delivery costs at their own expense when placing the order.
1.3 When filling in the delivery address, a telephone number and e-mail address must be provided so the courier company can contact the recipient. An incorrect phone number or e-mail address may cause delivery delays.
2. RETURN OF GOODS
2.1 When concluding a distance contract (i.e., making a purchase on the Website), the Consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally cancel the purchase contract (hereinafter “distance contract”) within 14 calendar days of receiving the Goods, without giving any reason.
2.2 The Consumer’s right of withdrawal is limited if the Goods were made to a special individual order or are exclusive and expensive.
2.3 The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the Goods are received.
2.4 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform SUDRABA NAMS of the decision to withdraw by completing the withdrawal form and submitting it together with a copy of the purchase document to SUDRABA NAMS in one of the following ways: a) at the SUDRABA NAMS store, Matīsa iela 52A – 2, Riga, LV-1009; b) by e-mail: .
2.5 The Goods must be returned to the SUDRABA NAMS store or sent to its legal address (Matīsa iela 52A – 2, Riga, LV-1009) no later than 14 days after notifying SUDRABA NAMS of the decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the Goods are sent back before the 14-day period expires. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods, which SUDRABA NAMS does not reimburse.
2.6 The Consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Goods if they have been used for purposes other than checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Depreciation corresponds to the extent that reduces the Goods’ value and their future resale potential.
2.7 If the Consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, SUDRABA NAMS will refund the purchase price and the delivery fee as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days after the returned Goods are received and their quality checked, using the same bank account from which the purchase was paid. If the Goods were purchased with a SUDRABA NAMS gift card, the refund will be issued as a SUDRABA NAMS gift card for the Consumer’s next purchase.
