Limited liability company "SUDRABA NAMS" (hereinafter – SUDRABA NAMS) cares about your privacy and the protection of personal data. This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and sets out the procedure for processing personal data of natural persons.
The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to provide information about the types, purposes and scope of personal data processing and about the rights of data subjects.
The Policy applies to visitors to the website www.sudrabanams.lv and the store, registered and potential customers, including those who use our services in person or on social networks.

4. Recipients of personal data:
Data may be transferred to state authorities and to providers of accounting, IT, marketing and logistics services only to the extent necessary for service provision and to comply with legal requirements.
Payment processing is handled by the makecommerce.lv platform; therefore our company transfers the personal data required for payment execution to the platform owner, Maksekeskus AS.
5. Storage period:
- As long as a contract exists or another legal basis for processing is in force.
- Video-surveillance recordings – no longer than 30 days, except in cases involving potential unlawful activity.
- Data are deleted when their retention is no longer required under applicable legislation.
6. Transfer of data outside the EU:
Personal data are not transferred outside the European Union.
7. Client rights:
- The right to access your data.
- The right to rectify inaccurate data.
- The right to object to processing for marketing purposes.
- The right to withdraw consent.
- The right to request data erasure (“to be forgotten”).
- The right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate.
8. Automated processing:
Data may be analysed automatically to personalise services and advertisements to the client’s interests.
